Taking the Train from Frankfurt

Trains to Berlin depart either from Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof or from Frankfurt (Main) Sud station. The Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof station is very convenient because of its central location in the city. The Frankfurt (Main) Sud station is located in the Sachsenhausen district. Both are easily accessible with U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus lines running directly from the stations.

Getting into Berlin by Train

Whether one wants to admire the city's history at Schloss Charlottenburg or soak up its rich art culture at Neue Nationalgalerie, Berlin has a lot to offer its tourists. Trains from Frankfurt to Berlin would arrive at Berlin Hauptbahnhof Tief station. Located at the heart of the city, it is well connected by bus, tram and the underground U-Bahn. The station also serves the regional S-Bahn trains, so it has a direct link to these service lines.
